Rope Harness

The rope harness is a very simple technique for binding the sub's hands behind him and holding them in the centre of his back. This position lifts the bound hands clear of the buttocks, which they would otherwise obstruct.

You will need a medium-length piece of rope, minimum of about 10 feet.

1

The sub stands and faces away from you.

Find the midpoint of your rope and tie his wrists at this point. The length of free rope at both ends should be about equal.

2

Pass each end under over the shoulder so that the ends hang down in front of his chest.

Pull the ends taught so that the wrists are pulled up into the centre of the back.

3

Turn the sub to face you. Cross each end of the rope to the opposite side, creating an X on the chest.

Wrap each end around the waist and tie off at the side of the body.
